The crew engineered a 29-foot steel beam on two 10×10 treated posts to keep pool views from beneath the deck wide open. Wolf Serenity decking in Silver Teak covers the upper level, with contrasting stair risers, integrated riser lights, and Keylink aluminum railings. A waterproof ceiling shelters the lower patio, where a fully equipped stainless steel outdoor kitchen anchors a stone-faced island.
The result is two distinct outdoor living areas stacked on a single footprint, doubling the usable space behind the home.
